Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads using ZOHO CRM
Handle inbound/outbound calls from Google Ads, website, social media
Qualify and assign leads to the sales team
Provide initial consultation for Freezone & Mainland setups
Guide clients through UAE business license process
Identify new opportunities and assist with pricing
Requirements:
Good communication skills
CRM experience (ZOHO preferred)
Knowledge of UAE business setup is a plus
Are you a confident communicator with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government portals? Cleritbiz is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing.
Manage all activities related to labor, immigration, and government bodies (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).
Prepare and submit official documentation to various authorities.
Monitor and renew licenses, permits, and legal documents.
Stay updated on any changes to government laws and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi and Arabic (preferred).
Proficiency in using online government portals (Tasheel, Amer, ICA, etc.).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

A solid network of corporate contacts, intermediaries, and referrers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Presentable, professional, and proactive.
